Since 1997, Ethos Facilities has grown from a small family-run cleaning business into a trusted national FM provider, anchored in values, scale, and continuous innovation.
Our journey has been defined by strategic growth, increased self‑delivery, and the launch of dedicated divisions for Carbon Pathway and Ethos Fire, all built to deliver “Service without Complexity.”
Milestones that define us.
- 1997 – Founded as Commercial & Industrial Cleaning Services Ltd in West Scotland
- 1999–2005 – Expanded into London & South-East; added fabric and soft services; reached 200 staff by 2005
- 2016 – Rebranded as Ethos Facilities Ltd and extended into fabric maintenance and mechanical & electrical
- 2019 – Introduced Total FM delivery model; grew to 500+ employees
- 2022 – Launched Carbon Pathway Ltd and Ethos Fire Ltd; self-delivery model grew to 80% coverage; headcount exceeded 600 staff
