Job Summary:

Gas Engineer required to join our team in London Victoria, operating predominantly in Belgravia, Mayfair, Kensington and Chelsea. We are currently seeking an experienced Gas Engineer to join our skilled team of technicians, covering high-end residential and commercial key customers in our local area.

Responsibilities and Duties:

The successful applicant will be performing work in residential and commercial settings and will hold their ACS Qualification and be Gas Safe Registered.

There is also a call-out rota within the local area with a good overtime rate, and additional investment in training for further qualifications is also available.

• Boiler Gas Safety, Service, maintenance and breakdown works.
• Efficiently maintain and repair gas, plumbing & heating systems.
• Plumbing repairs and maintenance
• Work safely, adhering to Health and Safety procedures.
• Complete any reports required on work completed.
• Call out rota

Qualifications and Skills:

• Industry relevant domestic Gas Safe qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1)

• Excellent fault-finding and breakdown knowledge
• Experience in a similar role
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Own tools

• 5 Years of minimum experience as an electrician in Domestic and Commercial environments.

• Sound in Inspection and Testing EICR (5 years of experience preferred)

• Carry out remedial and installation work to high standards.

• Experience in a similar role, carrying out tests and inspecting works and carrying out remedial works.

• Full UK Driving License.

Ethos Facilities are currently seeking a Contract Support professional to join our team in London. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing administrative support for our maintenance contracts.

Office-based in Victoria, London

Subordinates: 
None

Main responsibilities: 
Co-ordinating engineers’ diaries and assisting the business with administration duties, including, but not limited to:

• Efficiently planning work
• Responsible for ensuring PPM compliance work is carried out within legal timeframes
• Arranging access and liaising with customers via the telephone and email.
• Responsible for coordinating work to be carried out in high-end occupied properties.
• Reading and understanding certificates and reports
• Checking and accurately uploading documents
• Raising work orders
• Producing reports
• Liaising with Ethos engineers and Service Partners
• Interacting with customers either on the phone or in person
• Making phone calls and answering phones
• Building and maintaining good relationships with clients, contractors and engineers
• Monitoring and responding to emails
• Participating in office meetings
• Providing feedback on office / business efficiency and suggesting possible improvements
• Being ready for any other administrative tasks that are required

Experience:

• Proven experience in administrative support or contract support roles
• Experience using a CAFM system
• Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
